In the 66th minute as Will is running across the highway and is side swiped by a truck which fishtails, he manages to get over the median and in the background the truck is now facing the opposite direction of traffic in a full stop. In the 68th minute when Will's pursuer is run over by a vehicle, as the vehicle stops the man's legs are visible behind the back of said vehicle, legs, angled. After being dragged, the victim's legs would be straight, behind the subject vehicle.
