Mike's monologue at the end describes his walking away with about $60k. He had an original stake of $10k that he doubled to $20k before letting KGB and Grama goad him back to the table. Even though if he doubled that it would have $40k total not $60k, KGB could play money on credit because it's his club, that's what Mike is suggesting when he says to him, "feel free to reload at any time."
