Dina says she is immune to gonorrhea because she's already had it. Because Neisseria gonorrhea exhibits antigenic variation, a previous infection does not confer immunity. However, this was intentional to show that Dina is not very bright especially earlier when she said that an infection cannot occur in the rectum.
