Every member in the Madrigal family wears clothes that reflect their gift. However, Antonio is already wearing his vest with animals sewn into it before he receives his gift.The house does not provide the wardrobe along with the magical gifts, or any of the furniture, artwork, personalized plateware, etc that the family uses. There is, however, an antique sewing machine in the nursery and Mirabel is shown to be incredibly crafty and thoughtful in the presents she makes for the family. She spotted that Antonio is "an animal guy" well before Casita shows the world, and she - or anyone else in the family - may well have added the animals to his clothes, simply because he loves them, and they love him.
