(at around 1h 42 mins) While Atticus gets his papers together in the courtroom after the verdict, there is a water glass next to the pitcher on the judge's desk. In the next shot, as he walks out, there is no glass, just the pitcher. Similarly, (at around 1h 10 mins) the glass is setting slightly behind the pitcher as Sheriff Tate confirms Mayella was beaten about her right eye, but is not there as Atticus walks up to Sheriff Tate. Note that when the glass sets further back than the pitcher, it can be concealed by the pitcher when viewed from some angles.
