When Nadya is bringing back Ippolit's photo, thrown by Zhenya through the window, in one shot the photo is of Yuriy Yakovlev (the actor who actually played Ippolit in the movie), but in the next shot the photo is of actor Oleg Basilashvili who was cast for the same role but dropped out due to personal reasons.
