(at around 2h 35 mins) When the Navy fighter Pilots are attacking Tokyo and the camera pans around the cockpit of Danny's plane it looks like a green screen is visible behind him. It is actually a part of the windshield that is green, probably as a sun screen. You can see it much clearer further on in the scene.
