During one of the early briefings of the attack set in Japan, an elderly man is present (bald, with glasses and a mustache) who is explaining the position of the ships and showing photographs of their positions. Much later in the film (1 or 2 days before the attack) this same man is in Hawaii and he calls to inquire about air tours over Oahu and is shown taking photos of the harbor with a hidden camera. The next scene shows the Japanese commanders back in Japan analyzing the photos. It seems these scenes were put into the movie in reverse order.
