When we first see Rambo listening in on the police transmissions, it is night time. When the scene then cuts to Teasle trying to convince Trautman to talk Rambo out of hiding (or at least giving away his position) it is the middle of the afternoon. When Trautman actually gets round to talking to Rambo via the radio, it is night again.
