President Dale's daughter, Taffy, appears to be the new President of the United States after his death at the hands of the Martians (and after the Martians are defeated). She appears to be 20 years younger than the earliest eligible age limit (35). However, nowhere is it actually said that she is the President. She is simply filling a ceremonial role.
