When Brooke is following Oliver in his black Chevy, he is indeed driving and on the left side of the car. When they arrive at the delivery truck depot, it appears he exits the Chevy on the right, with a right-hand steering wheel. In fact, it is due to Brooke watching him in her mirror. Everything in the mirror is backwards, including his license number and the delivery truck logo.
