Near the end of the film, in a scuffle between Agent Nelson (Cuba Gooding Jr.) and Inspector Hendricks (Evert McQueen), Agent Nelson is supposed to be in handcuffs, but while falling to the couch, it can be seen that Agent Nelson's hands are without 'cuffs. The next scene of the scuffle, however, shows Agent Nelson in handcuffs again.
