When Nick is in the hospital after the first crash, he goes into a convulsion and the nurse runs in and hit's the button and announces a "code blue" That should get every available doctor and nurse in the area to run into the room. Then the mother says he's all-right now, but the nurse never calls to reverse the code blue, but noone show up.
