(at around 1h 20 mins) In the final scene when all five are in the room, Spade takes the guns from Cairo and Wilmer, and walks around Gutman. During Spade's conversation with Gutman, he sits on a chair and leans against the wall with something small in his right hand. In the next scene, Spade is leaning towards Gutman and nothing is in his right hand.
