In the Detroit game, Washington takes a touchback on the opening kickoff, which would start them at the 20 yard line. Before they run a play, they are penalized twice for "delay of game", which would have moved the ball back the 10 yard line. However, when getting ready to snap the ball for the first time, it is clear the ball is on the 8 yard line.
