After the fight between Obi-Wan and Anakin, when Obi-Wan gets back into the spaceship, his clothes are completely clean, without any soot or ash or dirt on them. Later on, when he is talking with Yoda about the babies and going into exile, there are obvious dirt and burn marks on his clothing.
