(at around 2h) When Thanos and Iron Man are fighting on Titan, Iron Man smashes Thanos in the face, resulting in a small scratch and "a drop of blood", which is red. However, when Thor injures Thanos with Stormbreaker in Wakanda later on, the blood shown is purple. However, if you look more carefully at that scene with Iron Man, the blood on Thanos' face (and finger) is actually a lighter shade of purple; it's only in large densities (like when Thor buries the ax in his chest) when it appears as a much darker purple - this same principle applies to how normal red blood looks lighter or darker depending on density.
