During the missile launch procedure, Captain Ramsey makes two mistakes when getting the launch keys. Each missile housing tube has its own launch key. First, the Captain only gives six keys to the sailor, instead of ten for the ten missiles that would have been launched. Second, multiple sailors would have been given the keys, since all components of the Nuclear Forces are kept under the two-man rule.
