In the opening scenes, Amy Adams' character drives her car on a winding road, up a hill toward an obvious matte painting at the top. Within 20 seconds, she drives down the same winding hill. The matte painting at the top is different, the road has added trees and shrubbery, and it's shot at a slightly different angle to create the illusion that it's a completely different place.
