on her way to school, Lillian is stopped by Peter, a young rowdy. after several tries to allow her to pass. Josh steps in to allow her to continue. Peter cannot allow this affront to his manhood to go unchallenged. In the following jostling, Peter is shoved against a hitching post, which bends several degrees toward the ground. in the next shot the hitching post is straight up as though never touched.
