(at around 32 mins) After Ann leaves Matt to look at the beneficiary document, the camera zooms in on the paper. Where "Mattias" is written it is evident that whomever on the crew filled out the forms began misspelling his name. The second "a" in "Mattias" was originally an upper case "E". The writer alternates upper and lower case letters but another "E" in the document looks very similar to the "A" before it was corrected. Further, all the other A's are capitalized, this one wasn't because only a lower case "A" could be made from the beginning of the "E" that was started).
