(at around 17 mins) When Hagrid lands a motorcycle on a road, it is marked with double white continuous lines in the middle, indicating that the directions of traffic are opposite to each other on the different sides of this double-line, but in this scene the traffic on the both sides of the lines match. Such markings are used in twin tunnels that can be temporarily switched to bidirectional traffic when one tunnel is closed.
