As Jacob is just about to walking into the building with Paul Wentworth's (Dentist) office in the morning, he sees Zico with 3 other men, coming out of the elevator. There is a closeup of the cellphone Jacob took from Charlie. Jacob scrolls down on the "dialed calls" list to see "Duke", who Charlie had called the night before. However, it reads "9:19AM", when it should have read "PM", since it was nighttime when Charlie had called him. This is clearly an error.
