When Hammond is eating melting ice cream because there is no power, there are 2 ceiling fans moving. That's because some systems are off (fences, door locks, security cameras) and some are on (control room computers and lights). We know that Nedry's program had some bugs in it, it's entirely possible that some things (such as the freezer) were turned off by mistake.
