In the alternate 1985, after Marty's confrontation with Biff on the roof of the casino, Marty jumps off the roof and lands on the hood of the DeLoren as revealed in the next shot as the DeLorean rises above the roof. Yet, Marty's landing on the hood of the DeLorean, made of stainless steel, makes no noise nor does it seem to leave a visible dent in the hood.
