When Picard fires at the wire holding the reflector dish they just detached via MagLock, they zoom out and show a wider angle of them on the outside of the ship.
There is a Borg next to a crewman(possibly Worf). There shouldn't have been a Borg there.
The Borg standing next to Worf is the one he had killed with his mek'leth earlier in the scene.
