At the beginning of the film, when Deadpool lies down on the drums, the drum his head and upper torso is on has its opening covered by his body. This is emphasized when the camera pulls back. However, after to an overhead shot, the opening is next to the top right side of his head. He would have had to get up, physically turn the drum for the new orientation, then lie down again for this to happen. Of course, this isn't impossible.
