When Stanley wakes up to Lt Kellaway banging on his door the mask is in his hand and laying half on the corner of the red pillow, half on the green bed sheet. But in the close up he's in a slightly different position and the mask is now in the middle of the red pillow and you can't see his hand at all; then it swaps back again.
