When Foucher meets with Dukovich to get paid and Dukovich stabs his hand with the pen, he stabs him in the right hand by the thumb. The next camera angle shows him getting the pen pulled out of his hand and the pen is stuck in by his ring finger area of the hand instead of by the thumb. The wound on his hand moved about an inch over.
