In the opening there is an amalgamation of highway arteries. But there is one bridge to nowhere as it comes from behind a hill goes over another road, then abruptly ends. And the road that goes under this bridge has cars that go under another bridge that never emerge from the other side. So on one side of the bridge, there are cars, and on the other side, no cars.
