At 1:11:44 Stoddard racks another round into the pistol he is carrying and handing to Nalia. That pistol had a round in the chamber when it was handed to him by Crawley and would also have automatically loaded another round when Stoddard fired a warning shot at Zubov.
There was no indication of a round being ejected when Stoddard racked the new round in.
