Peter Dinklage is driving his brother home from a bar when they get into an accident. He slides his dying brother into the driver's seat to cover up the fact that he was driving. It is never shown or mentioned that there would have been some type of modifications needed for Dinklage to drive, the seat position would have been wrong, etc.
