From when MacLeod enters the bombed-out building where Rachel is hiding to when they exit, only a minute passes. But when Christopher Lambert walks in, there is broad daylight behind him, then when the German soldier shoots at him the sky behind suggests evening, and when he and Rachel exit it is plainly night. In the US, this is only a problem with the director's cut version since the original theatrical release does not contain this scene.
