In the original Ant-Man film Cassie never saw Darren's face, but in this film as soon MODOK is revealed by Scott as Darren, Cassie calls him "the bee guy," which she shouldn't know because she never saw his face. However, it is likely that she would have known his name and recognized him when Scott called him Darren.
