While not impossible, it seems highly unlikely that anyone doing the physically-punishing work of an assassin would be in demand as a full-body model in 1990. Photoshop was not available until 1992, meaning any bruises or swelling would have to be manually manipulated out by the photographers. Airbrushing was available but expensive and time-consuming. It would be easier to simply book different models who had taken care not to have visible injuries.
