When Jackson goes to Dora's and climbs into the well, he is wearing a plaid shirt - next in the house his shirt is a solid color - in the morning, his shirt is back to plaid. This may or may not be due to his shirt getting wet in the well. It's possible he's wearing one of Ray's shirts.
