(just before 11 minutes) At Commodore Norrington's ceremony, the band plays "Rule, Britannia!", set to music by Thomas Arne in 1740. It wasn't actually heard until 1745 in London and would not likely to have been played at a ceremony in Jamaica at the time of the movie.
