(at around 28 mins) At the beginning of the movie, Nick Fury tells Peter that's it's great to finally meet Spider-Man. However, they were both at Tony Stark's funeral at the end of Avengers: Endgame. The very next line was "I saw you at the funeral but I didn't think it was the time to exchange numbers" making this the first meeting.
