[1:11:33] When RoboCop attempts to arrest Dick Jones in the tower and shuts down (due to Directive Four), he is on the floor with his head parallel to the floor. When he comes back to the board room to show the incriminating evidence, Dick Jones is perfectly framed and his face is vertical as though filmed in a studio. In fact it looks the same as the video shown when Clarence Boddicker killed Bob Moreton.
