When Marty and Mad Dog get into a fight, Mad Dog is seen hitting Marty in the chest and he could have broke his hand on the metal plate. Marty is also seen hitting Biff in the face with the plate. It would be possible for him not only to have a broken hand, a concussion,and a broken jaw, but he seems to be fine moments later and shows no physical injuries. This seems pretty impossible.
