Call's entire reason for joining the crew of the Betty was to stop the scientists from acquiring an Alien specimen and returning it to earth, she is even prepared to kill Ripley in her sleep, or destroy the ship with everyone still on it. Yet when they find a survivor with an Alien embryo, she is absolutely fine with freezing him and returning him to earth to have the alien removed.
