Kamal tells Gobinda that they will take off at sunrise. When Bond and Q descend in the balloon, the sky is still dark and no sign of sunrise near. It's night when the army of Octopussy women attacks Kamal's fortress. Kamal and Gobinda flee on horseback. Bond follows them the short distance to their airplane where they take off in broad daylight.
