If you watch 'The Boy's Club' trailer, for the word 'Boys' you will see a picture of a dead person with two x's for eyes and a underline for a mouth in the letter 'O', also blood is shown in the letter as well. This is present on the Canadian VHS, UK VHS cover, Polish DVD, and Netherlands VHS cover. However it is missing on the USA VHS, USA DVD, and Laserdisc, and Netherlands DVD. But the blood is still shown on the letter 'O'. Also, it is not on the opening credits either and is just a regular letter 'O'.
