Around 101 minutes, the other beings like Alton appear; each is an extremely bright point of light. After Alton and his mother nod "goodbye" at each other, about 6 of the beings close in on Alton. Just before the camera goes to a view from the stratosphere, if you look very closely, you can clearly. see each point of light is actually a person; apparently holding a bright light. Their legs are the most visible part. Afterwards, everything vanishes, including Alton.
