When Marv walks up the stairs to the front door, he leaves the bag of money on the sidewalk, and later, when he and Harry chase Kevin to Central Park, the bag is still there. It seems highly unlikely that a bag of money left on a sidewalk in New York City would remain untouched for any considerable length of time.
