After the accident, Eric falls out of the jeep on the drivers side. This is when the biker girl holds him at gun point until Sheriff Hoyt shows up. When Sheriff Hoyt shoots the biker girl, she falls on the drivers side of the jeep leaving a lot of blood on the driver's side window. When Chrissy goes to the jeep after everyone is taken away by Sheriff Hoyt, the biker girl's blood is on the passenger side window of the jeep and not the driver's side.
