The way that Terri commits suicide is not feasible. She would not have been able to tape the hose into her mouth whilst the carbon monoxide was coming out. If she had somehow taped it on first and then set the car running, she would not have been able to go so far away in the house without dying first. In addition, the small amount of tape shown around Terri's mouth is nowhere near enough to keep a hose that heavy in place.
