On their first patrol Kirby and Walsh drive off in a Plymouth Satellite. Moments later when Kirby crashes into another car, their car has changed to a Dodge Coronet. The two continue their patrol in a Plymouth Satellite whose front doors get torn off in an accident. In the next scene when Kirby returns the damaged car to the station it's the same Dodge Coronet he crashed in the beginning.
