When Ms. Tachibana reloads her revolver with a single round, she puts the round into the chamber of the revolver directly adjacent to the barrel. Since her pistol is a revolver, the cylinder rotates and the chamber adjacent to the barrel moves out of the way once the trigger is pulled.
