When Frank is fighting the gunmen in a store room, he leaves a grenade booby-trap and he avoids the blast by hanging outside a window, from this obviously upstairs room. When the fight is over, he walks out of the store room through a hole now at street level and also there has been no explosion big enough to make a hole in an exterior wall.
